Philippa Youngman - Director
Philippa, who has a wealth of experience in the specialist area of remuneration strategy and design, has been instrumental in ensuring that Pivot’s solutions meet the needs of our customers.
Her successes include the design, implementation and ongoing management of many performance-based pay strategies and incentive-based pay programmes that have ensured consistency and efficiency across an organisation
Philippa’s role in Pivot is to focus on business development, potential markets and the interaction with our resellers. She also evaluates new ideas against her real-world experience and ensures that Pivot software has a very high success rate with both the administration and day-to-day users of our products.
Carl Street - Development Director
Carl joined the Pivot team in 2003, bringing his wealth of knowledge in IT design, implementation and support to the company.
His previous business successes include the set-up and management of technical service desks for a number of organisations, implementation of best practice customer support systems, creating business intelligence solutions and working with clients to simplify their systems and make them more efficient
Carl’s practical experience and passion for customer service has enabled Pivot to re-engineer the framework of our products, making them simpler to implement and easier to support.
Paula Coll - Customer Relationship Manager
Paula joined Pivot in 2007 after returning from eight years working in London.
Paula strongly believes in the strength of customer service and uses the experience she has gained in systems analysis, implementation and design to ensure that our existing customers continue to get the most from their software.
Paula focuses on software training for new and existing clients, understanding client requests for new features, liaising with Carl and the development team following client reviews and supporting resellers.
Paul Wright - Business Development Manager
Paul joined the Pivot team in 2009 to lead the expansion of Pivot's business in Australia.
He has 15 years experience in consulting and business development activities in remuneration-focused HR consultancies, most recently with Hewitt Associates in Sydney.
Paul focuses on business development and the interaction with our resellers in the Australian market, as well as maintaining relationships with our growing group of Australian clients.
